Named for a Roman god of healing.

Vediovis Writing Services Ltd. is a small Ottawa studio. The work is commissioned writing, research, and editing — mostly history, theology, and the wider humanities.

The principal is John J. London, M.A. (History), M.Div. He teaches history and keeps this practice beside the classroom. When a project needs another pair of hands, a short bench of independent writers is brought in. The brief still has one owner.

The method is ordinary and strict: read the sources, say what they support, and write so a careful reader can follow the argument without being flattered.
